The Friends of the Gleason Public Library and other organizations graciously sponsor passes that allow Carlisle families to attend Boston area museums and other attractions listed below with free or reduced admissions. Note that special exhibits or special events at musuems may not honor passes. So, please call the museum ahead of time if there is a question.
Passes are available at no charge. The museum pass program is offered to all patrons with library cards in good standing. Passes are checked out at the Circulation desk with one's library card and must be returned no later than 10am on the day following use of the pass. The fine is $2 per hour after 10am (with a $15 maximum).
We strongly recommend patrons reserve passes in advance. Further information about reserving passes and information about the museums themselves can be obtained by calling the library at 978-369-4898.
