Information:
The revolver has a wooden grip. The cylinder has "COLTS PATENT No 188545" inscribed, and has a design of two horses pulling a stagecoach with four men in varying positions.

The number "333555" is inscribed in four places: base of the brass trigger guard, base of the frame, base of the barrel, and the base of the heel grip.

On top of the barrel is the inscription, "ADDRESS SAML COLT NEW YORK CITY'. One side of the frame is inscribed "COLT", with a few letters underneath that are illegible.
