To promote the discussion of books, CDs and films, within the community, Gleason Public Library has started an online readers’ discussion forum, the Gleason Readers blog, located at gleasonlibrary.blogspot.com, and it is monitored and maintained by the Gleason library staff.

Gleason Readers is currently configured to allow anyone to post a comment to an existing message. To post a comment, click on the underlined comments line, found below and to the right of a current message. The comments line also indicates the number of comments posted so far. The next screen will display any existing comments. Type your comment in the box to the right; you can choose to post with an existing Google or Blogger login, click on 'Name/URL' and enter a name, or click on 'Anonymous' to post anonymously; then click on 'Publish Your Comment.'

To create an original message, however, you need to register as a member of the blog. You may do so at the Gleason circulation desk, or you may send an to the library. Please provide your choice of user ID and password. The password can later be changed.
